Our School Council is a dedicated team of parents, staff, and community members working together to support our students and enhance the school experience. We collaborate on initiatives, organize events, and advocate for the needs of our school community.
Here’s a look at some of the key roles on our council:
• Chair – Leads meetings and ensures everything runs smoothly.
• Co-Chair & Safety Representative – Supports the chair and focuses on school safety initiatives.
• Secretary & Volunteer Coordinator – Keeps meeting notes, shares important updates, and organizes volunteers.
• Treasurer – Manages fundraising and school council budgets.
• French Immersion Representative – Advocates for French Immersion students and families.
• Parent Representatives – Share ideas and bring parent voices to the table.
• Communications Representative – Keeps parents informed through emails, social media, and newsletters.
• Anti-Bullying + Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Representative – Supports initiatives that promote inclusivity and a safe school environment.
• Donor Representative – Helps coordinate donor outreach and fundraising efforts.
• IT & Web Representative – Supports technical needs, including website updates.
• Family Representative – Ensures family perspectives are included in school council discussions.
• Principal & Vice Principal – Provide school updates and connect council efforts with school operations.
• Teacher Representative – Shares staff perspectives and keeps the council informed about school activities.
