Why Should You Bid?
The Birch Cliff Public School Fun Fair Silent Auction provides our community with a chance to bid goods and services from local and small businesses. Because of our generous donors, all of the funds received from the silent auction will go towards school initiatives to support student success at Birch Cliff Public School.
How to Bid On An Item
Online bidding will be available from June 5th @6pm to June 12th @6pm, with extended bidding for items with last second bids. You need to create an account with 32 auctions website. Through the online platform account, you can receive notifications via text or email when you are outbid. No more circling the silent auction at the fun fair, go enjoy the day!
Claiming Your Auction Item
Winning bidders will be contacted via email (from: [email protected] ) to confirm you are the winner, along with payment options (credit card through Square or Cash). Payments are not processed through 32 auctions (to save on processing fees). Once payment is received/confirmed, items will be either delivered electronically or available for pickup at the Birch Cliff Public School Fun Fair on Saturday, June 13th from 11am-3pm.
