Why Should You Bid?
The Birch Cliff Public School Fun Fair Silent Auction provides our community with a chance to bid on goods and services from local and small businesses. Because of our generous donors, all of the funds received from the silent auction will go towards school initiatives to support student success at Birch Cliff Public School.
How to Bid On An Item
The auction is currently available for viewing only, as we are still working hard to secure more donations. Online bidding will be available from June 5th – June 12th. Through the online platform, you can receive notifications when you are outbid. No more circling the silent auction at the fun fair, go enjoy the day!
Claiming Your Auction Item
Winning bidders will be contacted via email (from: [email protected] ) to confirm you are the winner, along with payment options (credit card or cash). Once payment is received, items will be either delivered electronically or available for pickup at the Birch Cliff Public School Fun Fair on Saturday, June 13th from 11am-3pm.
