We’re sharing a handful of Parent Council updates to help you stay in the loop this spring!
Pizza Lunch Ordering is Open on Munchalunch
The next pizza lunch session is now officially open for ordering on Munchalunch.
A friendly reminder that the first pizza lunch of the new session is the first week back (March 27th), so if you would like your child to participate, please be sure to place your order for this new session in advance.
Extra Ed Spring Clubs are Open for Registration
Extra Ed’s Spring Clubs at Birch Cliff are now open for registration. With options like Robotics and more, there’s something for every curious and creative mind.
A few exciting updates for this spring:
– Clubs will run longer, with programs now up to 10 weeks
– This means one registration for the full session with no mid-term sign-ups
– Activities will continue to build and change throughout the term
– The price per class remains the same, with the total fee reflecting the longer session
– Returning clubs will also feature fresh new activities

Mental Wellness and Digital Navigation Night
We’re also excited to share an upcoming community event:
Mental Wellness and Digital Navigation Night
April 8 | 6:00–8:00 PM
Drop-in event in the School Gym
Families are invited to stop by, connect with local experts, ask questions, and build confidence around:
– mental wellness
– digital safety
– AI awareness
There will also be two Guided Yoga Flow sessions by LTK Collective at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
We hope this will be a meaningful evening for families to learn, connect, and feel supported.
Purdys Orders
Purdys orders will be ready for pickup soon. Please stay tuned for details on pickup arrangements.
Kids Kitchen
Kids Kitchen have monthly specials. Be sure to check their site out.
This month’s special is Spaghetti and Meat Balls or Veggie Balls or Halal Meatballs or no Meatballs, just sauce!
Next service is the first Monday back at school (the 23rd of March) and order cut off is usually the Friday before (the 20th).
