It is that time! School Council Elections are here.
Please participate in your school community and vote for up to 15 of our Nominees for Voting Members on the ballot found HERE

Please review the information below before voting:

Elections Process
This is vote to elect Voting Members of the SAC at Birch Cliff PS.
Only parents/caregivers of currently registered children attending Birch Cliff PS can participate in the voting process.
Every parent/caregiver gets one ballot.
The Elections shall be by secret ballot (Google Form) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 12-5pm.
To maintain fairness, ballots will be reviewed by the school Administration and a member of the Parent Community (none of whom are running for election or related to a candidate).
All Nominees on the ballot must be present at the SAC Meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 @ 6:30pm.
Elected Voting Members will be chosen by majority vote.
Voting Members are elected for a term of one year.

Role of Voting Members
To participate on any committees established by the school council
To contribute to the discussions of the school council
To solicit the views of other parents and members of the community to share with the school council
To vote on the distribution of funds and other matters
