Thank You, Birch Cliff PS! Updates on the Clothing Drive

Dear Birch Cliff Families,

We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible generosity of our community. Thanks to your contributions, our clothing drive has been a huge success, with over 3,000 items donated! Birch Cliff PS continues to shine as a supportive and caring community.

Here’s what we’ve achieved together so far:

Families have been able to select items they need from the donations.
Snow suits and warm clothing have been thoughtfully provided to those in need right here at the school.
Items have supported community members, including students’ grandparents who recently arrived from abroad and individuals in challenging situations.
Students without winter gear have been outfitted with snow pants, gloves, and hats during this cold snap.
We’ve set aside a storage of items to assist students throughout the winter and for holiday hampers.
If you or someone you know could use clothing support, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help.

Looking ahead, we’re excited to host a “Pay What You Can” sale to raise funds for holiday hampers for Birch Cliff families:

When: Friday, December 13th
3:15 PM – 4:15 PM: Exclusively for Birch Cliff families
4:15 PM – 5:30 PM: Open to the public
Remaining items will be donated to St. Nicholas United Church to support underprivileged children and teens.
We’re also accepting donations of new or gently used toys to support our hamper fund. Every contribution makes a difference!
